The course will bring together in-class learning and field experience to offer attendees the chance to learn about the science and hands-on application of metal leaching and acid rock drainage. Specifically, it will answer questions around how mine waste characterization relates to field observations and offer an opportunity to see how that insight works in the field.
It will be led by our Director of Mining Services, Sarah Barabash, in collaboration with Lindsay Robertson at Elemental Geoscience, and supported by a range of industry partners.
