Michelle McKinley attended Watershed Adaptation in Ontario: Conservation Authority Perspectives – Climate Change Adaptation Workshop in Hamilton, ON, on April 9th

The CA Climate Change Adaptation Workshop Series, organized by the Ontario Centre for Climate Impacts and Adaptation Resources and Conservation Ontario, was held in London, Kingston and Hamilton, during February, March and April 2011. Highlights included an overview of climate change impacts related to water; a presentation on assessing hydrologic effects and future climate data WEB application; a perspective on adaptive planning to offset climate change risks; and the final discussion session about what role the conservation authorities should adopt in regard to climate change.
